About/What is SEZ?

Procedures/Steps

Step 1 : Register in our Client Login and upload the required physical copies (First Day)

  • “Copy of LOA / LOP issued by Development Commissioner concerned and LUT
    accepted by the Development Commissioner.”
  • Application for grant of licence u/s 58 & 65 of Customs Act, 196
  • FORM B-17 Bond
  • Bank Guarantee
  • Details of the premises including ground plan, purchase/rent/lease deed, allotment letter from Industrial
  • Development Corporation/ Authority (if any)
  • Details about the constitution of the firm/company including its Proprietor/Partners/Directors etc
  • Green Card No
  • IEC Certificate
  • PAN
  • Memorandum & Articles of Association
  • Solvency Certificate
  • Self Removal Procedure approval request letter
  • Undertaking that cost recovery and other charges shall be paid
